SPCA’s Lonely Hearts Looking for Love
This Valentine’s Weekend, find unconditional love at the Rotorua SPCA. We will be celebrating the annual Valentine’s Adopt-a-thon this Valentine’s Weekend, 11-12 February. We will be playing Cupid to the hundreds of lonely animals in our care, hoping to find loving forever homes for them all.
The center will be open from 10 -4 both days.

Dogs Day Out Sunday 13th November
It's time to get your leads and poo bags at the ready and bring your dog to Dogs Day Out at Scion on Sunday 13th November. Registration is $5 per dog and starts at 9.30 am with the walk starting at 10.30 am. Loads of fun with games and prizes and funds raised going to Support the Rotorua SPCA.

Offsite Adoption a Huge Success!
Staff and volunteers had a great time on Saturday meeting lots of people and homing 15 animals in one day.
Offsite adoptions make it easier for people to come and choose an animal as they don't feel so bad about leaving the other animals behind.

Offsite Adoption - This Saturday at St Chads
We will be holding our very first Offsite Adoption this Saturday (25th June) at St Chads cnr Fenton and Devon Sts. We will be there from 9am in the morning until 2pm inthe afternoon so you can come and choose your next best friend from the selection of cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs.
Come and have a look you never know who might steal your heart.

Rotorua SPCA wins award for Saving Lives
Rotorua SPCA has been recognised for its efforts to rehabilitate animals with behavioural problems and adopt them out to new homes. The charity was one of 12 centres presented with awards for their work in the 10 Saving Lives steps initiated last year by the Royal New Zealand SPCA. The Rotorua branch, focused on rehabilitating behavioural problems and treating medical problems.
